Trusts for the Provider

We routinely advise trustees on trust documentation, both for the creation of new trusts with any accompanying letters of wishes and for the correct operation of existing trusts.

We know how to make sense of complex trust instruments and how to provide documents recording events in the life of the trust which both respect the rules to be followed and provide the trustee with proper protection should their decisions be challenged in the future.
