We advise potential settlors from all backgrounds and cultures about how trusts work, why a trust in Jersey might help to organise their affairs and what to expect from the various types of regulated fiduciaries offering trustee services in the island.

We are strictly impartial because we have no financial interest in any service provider, this allows us to guide prospective settlors though what can be a challenging market place.

For trusts already in existence we advise beneficiaries, protectors and settlors with reserved powers about their rights, for example to trust information, and their duties and how best to approach their relationship with their trustees.
