We regularly assist employers in producing and updating employment contracts and staff handbooks, using clear, appropriate and modern terminology.

We also offer advice and support to individuals and organisations in disputes arising in connection with employment documents, including on matters such as employment status and terms and benefits applicable under certain policies.
