We advise on all types of fund structure in Jersey, whether open or closed ended and whether through a company, unit trust or limited partnership. We have experience in a full range of asset classes including fintech, real estate and crypto funds.

Our advice extends to all aspects of the life cycle of a fund from establishment and regulatory authorisation through to the formal winding up.
