Michael Falle

Michael is a Senior Conveyancer in Viberts’ property department with over 28 years’ experience.

Michael trained in the field of Jersey property law and conveyancing between 1993 and 1998. Since then he has accrued extensive experience in Jersey property transactions, from small residential property transactions to multi-million pound properties and large scale residential developments. He has represented both lenders and borrowers with regard to residential and commercial mortgages and has dealt with a very wide range of freehold and flying freehold property transactions.

His preferred practice area is assisting private clients in the purchase and sale of their homes. With a friendly approach, his focus is upon minimising the stresses involved in moving house whilst seeking to protect his clients’ best interests during what he recognises to be the most significant investment of their lifetime.

Outside of work Michael is a keen sailor and has skippered yachts on journeys from Jersey as far as Spain. He is also an accomplished cook and makes his own cider every year.
