Liberty Spears

Liberty joined the property team at Viberts as a Trainee Conveyancer in February 2023.

She works alongside other fee-earners to assist clients with freehold and flying-freehold residential sales, purchases, refinances, and equity releases. Her duties include liaising with clients, researching boundary enquiries, carrying out site visits and title checks, drafting contracts and minutes, as well as attending Court on Fridays to pass contracts. 

Liberty is eager to advance her knowledge and is currently studying towards the SQE with BARBRI. She hopes to be a qualified Solicitor in 2026.

Outside of work, Liberty loves spending time at the beach with family and friends. She trained as an opera singer in London, so enjoys performing opera, jazz and musical theatre in various local concerts and events.
