Kat is an English Solicitor and Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. With her broad knowledge and experience, she manages a varied caseload involving matters ranging from personal injury and clinical negligence claims as well as contentious trust, contractual and construction disputes.

She has over 20 years of experience in litigation and strives to provides clear, strategic and pragmatic legal advice to both individual and corporate clients.

Kat has a proven track record of successfully handling high-value and sensitive claims, advocating for clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings including:

• Personal injury and clinical negligence claims of significant value, representing both Plaintiff and Defendant clients.
• Contentious Trust matters – acting on behalf of Trustees, Beneficiaries and in representing the Minors & Unborn Beneficiaries of a Trust.
• Debt Recovery and Insolvency Disputes (including Desastre, Remise de Biens and Degrevement applications), representing both Debtor and Creditor clients.
• Contentious Probate matters (including Legitime and Avance de Succession claims), representing the Executor/Administrator of the Estate and potential Plaintiffs claiming against an Estate.
