Irene Blöch

Irene is an Associate and English Solicitor who specialises in business acquisitions and sales, and banking and finance matters.
On a day to day basis, Irene’s work includes advising on and drafting the M&A documents, undertaking the target company due diligence, settling finance and security documents, dealing with company migrations and other companies law processes, and advising on trusts.
Having completed her Legal Practice Course with distinction while working full time, Irene qualified as an English Solicitor on 10 December 2021 and was promoted to Associate in February 2023.
Irene is originally from Vienna and is fluent in English, French, and German. After completing her undergraduate combined English and French law degree with integrated Master’s in European Law at the universities of Exeter and Rennes, Irene returned to Exeter to further specialise with a Master’s degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law.
Irene is recognised as a 'Key Lawyer' by the Legal 500 UK 2025 edition and as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by the Legal 500 UK 2024 and 2022 edition.
