Fred Fillieul

Fred joined Viberts in July 2023 and works as a Trainee English Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. 

Fred works alongside our Court Advocates and manages all aspects of case preparation,  including: drafting of witness statements, schedules of loss, position statements, skeleton arguments and inter-parties’ correspondence.

His work spans a wide range of matters with a focus on commercial litigation, including: 

• Contentious trust matters – acting on behalf of Trustees and Beneficiaries.
• Construction disputes.
• Contentious probate matters – including légitme and rapport a la masse.
• Debt recovery.

He also has experience in dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence claims. 

Fred graduated from University in July 2023 with a First Class degree in Sociology and Criminology

Fred is currently in the final stages of his Postgraduate Diploma in Law (“PGDL”) at the University of Law and is preparing to take his Solicitors Qualifying Exams in January 2026.
