Charlotte's main area of practice is civil litigation, with a particular focus on personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Her work includes handling road traffic accidents, stress at work cases, and public liability claims, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Charlotte also has experience in estate disputes, property disputes, and criminal matters, providing comprehensive legal advice across a wide range of issues.

Before joining Viberts, Charlotte earned her LLB in Law from the University of Northumbria, graduating with a 2:1 in June 2021. She then advanced her legal education by completing the LPC and a Master’s in Law at the University of Northumbria in June 2022.

Outside of work, Charlotte stays active by going to the gym and enjoys participating in sports such as netball and softball.
