Following the successful completion of their Jersey Advocates exams this year, Vibert’s Senior Associates, Emily Paris-Hunter and Nic Le Breuilly were sworn in as Jersey Advocates on 7 December 2023 in the Royal Court.
Emily qualified as a Scottish solicitor in 2013 since that time, Emily’s career has involved principally commercial property work. She joined Viberts in 2020 where she works in the property law team advising and drafting commercial and residential leases, licences, assignments, sub-leases, rent reviews and variations.
Emily is recognised as a recommended and key lawyer by the Legal 500 UK 2024 directory.
Nic joined Viberts in October 2023 following several years in a market leading banking and finance team at a major offshore law firm, specialising in real estate finance, acquisition finance and fund finance. During this time he advised global banks, financial institutions, private equity firms and family offices in several high profile, cross-jurisdiction transactions. He is an accomplished lawyer whose background and expertise will further enhance our growing Banking & Finance and Corporate teams.
