Viberts has again been recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2025 directory as Top Tier in Family Law, with Employment, Private Client, Trust and Tax, and Commercial Property achieving Tier 2 ranking.

From the Private Client, Trusts, and Tax team, which is ranked in Tier 2, Zoe Blomfield (capacity and elderly client specialist), Christopher Scholefield, Charles Thacker and Karla Summers-Shaw are named. Viberts’ Family Law team is noted for its aptitude in family law matters pertaining to same sex and cohabiting couples, while also advising on matters tied to property and inheritance matters. The team is headed by the "Grande dame of family lawyers in Jersey," Rose Colley, who handles the spectrum of family law issues, from complex divorces to issues of child law. Alexandra Cohen was made senior associate in February 2024, specialising in HNW divorces, including FDR procedures.
