Our third seminar of 2024 on Wednesday 25 September will provide delegates with guidance on managing an unfair dismissal claim in the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal.

The seminar will include:

  • Clear guidance on the process, including preparing for hearings and possible pitfalls.

  • Discussion from a practical, real-life perspective.
