Viberts’ Employment Law specialists are running seminars throughout 2025.

As requested by delegates, our theme for 2025 is ‘Jersey’s discrimination law’.

Our first seminar of 2025 on Tuesday 18 March will provide delegates with an overview of Jersey’s discrimination law including:

  • Analysis of legal principles, referring to cases.
  • Discussion from a practical, real-life perspective.
  • Changes to the discrimination compensation regime.
