Oliver is an English Solicitor and has joined the Corporate Law team. Having previously worked at Pinel Advocates and Ogier, Oliver has over 10 years’ experience and has represented a wide range of financial institutions and companies on corporate, private client, finance and restructuring transactions in Jersey.

Emily is a Scottish Solicitor in the Property team. Prior to joining Viberts, she worked at Alastair Hart & Co and Fraser & Mulligan where her expertise was in commercial leasing. Emily will be focusing on residential and commercial property, negotiating sales and purchases, drafting commercial, agricultural and residential leases, assignments of leases, and sub-leases.
