Community Partnerships
Responsible business is embedded within the firm’s strategy and is supported across the firm via our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. Our involvement in corporate responsibility is driven by our values and involves engaging with the local community through charitable and voluntary work. We are proud of our work and proud to be able to support so many community support groups and amazing individuals which really do make a difference to people’s lives. Engaging with the local community through charitable and voluntary work is something that we care about at Viberts. Our staff select charities to support each year through fund raising initiatives.
Community projects and charities we have supported include:
The Resolution Centre - Peer Mediation
Viberts has joined forces with The Resolution Centre to become the primary sponsor of their Peer Mediation programme until 2025.
Launched in 2021 the Peer Mediation initiative has been developed to equip young people with the skills to help others resolve a disagreement or conflict in a constructive, non-violent way.
Children who have been through the programme say that the skills they have learnt have allowed them to successfully mediate in disagreements at school, within their families and within the wider community.
